Refunds can be obtained prior to your order going into production. (generally within 1-5 days of the order being placed) Due to the labor intensive and highly customized nature of our landers, after the production process has begun all sales are final.   

We do offer a manufacturers two year warranty.  To make a claim please contact us at info@loamlander.com and we will help you through the warranty process and resolution.
